R-Class Bumper removal

Hi Guys

need to replace 2 sensors on rear bumper and 4 on the front. Can anyone point me in the direction of tips on how to remove bumpers/replace sensors

Tried the usual sources YouTube etc but nothing

Rear sensors can be reached without removing the bumper. Just use a stubby flat blades screwdriver held in the palm of your hand to unsnap the clips top & bottom of the sensors...

Rear sensors can be reached without removing the bumper. Just use a stubby flat blades screwdriver held in the palm of your hand to unsnap the clips top & bottom of the sensors...
