hi just wondering if anyone can help. we've got a 1997 sl280, today we went to use it but the battery was flat. we jumped started it as it tells you to in the hand bookand it started fine. unfortuatelythe windows didn't drop when we opened the door due to the flat battery. when we tried to lower the windows neither of them work. we've checked the fuses and they're not blown. we've tried the roof and this is very hesitant to work. i've taken the car for a run to try to charge up the battery and the car now starts o.k but still no windows work. just wondering if anyone out there has had this problem or has any ideas. thanks jenna

SL Window problem .
Disconnect battery for 2/3 minutes then reconnect .It works on my 1990 SL every time .Let me know if successful .
