I currently have AMG wheels on my 1998 WDB129068, which are:
10J * 18" ET25 (Rear)
8.5J * 18" ET25 (front)
I want to get another set of wheels/tyres to use for the winter and also take the opportunity to refurbish the AMGs as they are looking a bit tatty.
I believe that the standard wheels that would have come with the car are:
8.25J * 17" ET34 (front and rear) from 'alloywheelsdirect.net' site
Would 8.5J * 17" ET35 fit without fouling the calipers?
I have had a look at the wheel offset calculator and the rears look fine but the fronts seem to be 10mm closer to the calipers, if I am reading it right.
Can anybody confirm if I am reading this right?
Thanks in advance.
