Does anyone know if a clear plastic or glass draft excluder (to fit between the head rests) is available for old SLKs?
Preferably ones that clip on somehow, rather than needing holes cut o drilled in the trim.
The piece of netting that MB supply does work OK, but cuts down the rear vision.
I've seen after-market versions on MX-5s.
I think Boxters have them, but they may be OEM for all I know.
There must be someone out there that makes them, cos the original netting is not the best solution.

Thanks.
I was looking om the net, but instead of wind deflector, I was looking for draft excluder.
Couldn't find anything, so I posted.
From what I can see on the net using the right description), it's alleither really expensive stuff. I think I'll go down to my local glaziers and have a piece of plexiglass cut to size, and do something clever with self-adhesive velcro. Winter project.

We got ours from a company in Germany.
Absolute 1st class bit of kit, uses orignal fixings etc, clear Lexan TUV approved etc etc. Even got a peach cloth to wipe it clean.
Some of the aftermarket types are rubbish.
This one is real quality.
From memory it was about 160Euros at the time. (Approx 3 months ago}
If you want i'll find the address.
