well i get home, retired . take the sl off blocks after12 weeks. before i last left i did a star fault check ,just looked at it ,only one, related to alarm ,i know about this the batt leaked in it, i have a new one ,need time to fit it.
anyway ,lowered car off the blocks , sank on left front ,stop car too low warning , ok lift up and down 2x and seemed ok . now abc warning in white ,!!! put star on .. many issues not there before ,thought related to batt .car starts straigh no issues , no conssumer batt warnings so now have. drove car for three mile all seemed ok , command,ac, heater lights, windows all good just faults as listed and abc in white

B1639 components or signal cable to components S41 andS42 open or short circuit, current and stored . dash shows check colant
B1010 lower control panel supply voltage N72 too low and stored
B1088 instrument cluster not transmitting on can bus
B1829 fuse for starter battery is deffective
B1832 G1/4 starter battery is deffective
B1074fault can comm with N72b1106 can ocp
B1121 can command audio
b1467 heat exchanger shut off motor current and stored
any common denominator?????? batt 12.3 volt and been on ctek from and rear for12 weeks ,never any issues previously
during this
and now abc is at or seem full height and level but the ride height wont chage even tho the button shows the two lights, one light and no light .
these cars are a nightmare
also abc does not show up now in the quick test, it did the first three tests

Sounds all too familiar ... undervoltage Battery. Or Batteries.
12.3V is too low ... if you hunt around looking at voltages you will probably find a few showing 11.25 To 11.75V.

Undervoltage Sends everything nuts!

Malcolm helped me with the initial new battery problem, and he said they don't like going under 12.5V
( at the time I thought that was odd, as a technically fully charged cell is 2.1V so 6 cells is 12.6V ... but hey what do I know, I just accept it )

IMO he was right!

Just going through same crap atm as the new replacement one fails again!

I am surprised you said it was on the CTEK and its only 12.3V
My CTEK has a care charge of 13.8V that leaves the battery at 13.1V that drops off to 12.8V once the residual charge subsides and stabilises.

I’ll bet if tou have charged ir batteries that held 12.8V your issues would evaporate.

Sounds like the ABC module has dropped off the canbus.

Its under the passenger side carpet. In the passenger side fuse box I think.

Also try disconnecting/reconnecting rear battery.

That is interesting. I would note the codes, erase, then re scan to see what re-appears. Low voltage shows up lots of random stuff.

do check your Ctek, it may not be working?

ctek must be working .led says so and after 12 weeks nothing would happen at all if it was not . both batt fairly new , i might dissconnect rear batt and charge for a while seeif that improves anything ,tho star is questioning the usefulness of starter batt ,not conssumer batt

If the battery is 12.3V straight after a full charge session ( 12 weeks should do it :) ) then either
- the multimeter is wrong
- or the CTEK is not charging the battery fully ( try measuring the voltage at the battery terminals, when the CTEK goes into “care” mode ... it should be 13.8V )
- or the battery is defective

All those modules reported are running from the main battery. Has to be worth trying swapping out the main battery with another car?

Also check the charge voltage at the main battery to make sure its getting charged correctly.

Good luck with it. I had one of these and sold it before anything went wrong although it was a 5.0.
