Sorry my files all got lost during my move, I will trey and describe what to do latter as I have had a computer crash as well.

Malcolm - many thanks - look forward to seeing your info - Have washed down many of the rubber seals and added a smear of grease to locking mechanism of the roof and it has made a massive difference - but still have the noise from the both rear corners of the roof - may consider the bolt mod if you have info on this... Have also order some Gummy Pledge (Spelling?) so will hopefully get into the all the rubber seals this weekend....... Cheers

The bolt mod only applies to 2002 cars, so not that, it could be the stop ½ way down the rear irons.
