I have to say the one good thing about buying from your boss is if you do have a lot of problems with the SL you can return it to him, tell him exactly what you think of his SL and to stick it where the sun don't shine, then hope to find yourself another job before next months mortgage is due.

Don’t worry it’s unlikely it will work either !
Seriously never used it much, it works when youre in crawling stop/start traffic less than 5mph, take your foot from the loud pedal and the brakes will gently apply until you stop etc etc. Like a chocolate teapot IMO....

Traffic, what's traffic? I have a little 150 twist'n'go scooter that I use to commute to work, a shade under 10 minutes from door to door riding like the pizza delivery kid or 25+ minutes in the car and then spend up to 20 minutes trying to find a parking space.

I was alarmed when that function appeared. I'd never heard of a car slowing itself down and stopping. I thought the brakes were binding and almost pulled off the road. I was mightily relieved when the traffic cleared enough to get the car up to speed and I was granted control of my car.

Well I tried all the procedures and..............Nothing, not even a dash board message, so I am guessing the 500 doesn't have this feature, although I got, 'Car Raising' and 'Car Lowering' plus 'ABC Active Comfort' and 'ABC Active Sport' when playing with the buttons
