R230 Very slow acceleration

Hello, I am getting a P0123 fault. I have taken the accelerating pedal A2303000104 off the car, would anyone know how to test this using the six pins on the unit to know if the fault is with this or if I should be looking elsewhere.

Any pointers please.

Think it's basically a pot with varied resistance? Values interpreted by ecm can't be too expensive to replace

As above it's a potentiometer with dual tracks.
