R350 Rear Screens Lost Remote Issue

Hi guys, a friend has just bought a used R350. It has what look like Genuine rear screens in but no remote. Is there anyway to test them or pair non gen remote before jumping in and going to the man stealer please?

Post a pic up to confirm of genuine or not. Depending on the screens (pre/post lift) the remote may be different
