Ive been told that the condenser that cools the air conditioning system is leaking and the price for the replacement will be between £400 and £500. The cost of the part ,(is it a radaitor or a condenser and what is the differance?) is approx.£250.
Does anyone know of a supplier who would supply one for less or is this the going rate? If I call it a radiater will it be cheaper!!! Thanks for any replies! The car is a 2002 C class 220 diesel Janice321

I've also used them to source me a condenser for a W124 and was very pleased with the service and price - now just got to get it fitted!

Thanks Panason1c and highway star! The one shown on their web address only goes up to may 2002 .Mine was first registered in Nov.02. They offer two alternatives, one with a cooler and one without. I'm not sure which one I need so I've E mailed them. Thanks for the lead!
Sleep easy Panason1c I am not your ex wife! In fact my wife of 40 years will confirm that I'm not your ex wife!

condensor

Hi

http://www.nissens.com/ are a good supplier of OE quality radiators and condensors.

They may not be the cheapest but very good quality. I have not checked if they do the condensor you require but its worth taking a look.
