hi i am a new have 2.5 td c class went to car tonight to unlock it it would not do it so i slid the key out of the side opened the door and alarm went off i thought if i got the key in it would deactiveate the alarm it did not so locked car back up it sorted its self fob still does not work renewed batt and put them in the right way still no joy need car to go wife disabled help please

gave in bought key fob 124 quid hope big cheif in sky watching over me had done all the checks po ssible
