Rattle noise?

Hi guys new to this I have a 2011 c250 cdi there’s a noise on startup like a rattling and when the brake pedal is pushed coming from the passenger side of the engine under the egr cooler it sounds similar to timing chain rattle I can rule that out as that’s all just been replaced and the noise isn’t from at the back. Any ideas would be appreciated

Yeah I’ve been advised that have bein looking around to source a new one are they mb only? Cheers for your reply
