Re program remote alarm fob for 190E

I have a 1991 190E but the alarm fob is bust.
I've seen one that looks the same on ebay
but dont know if it will work. Does anyone know
if it can be re programmed. The only thing it says
on the car is a window sticker saying Mercedes Benz Approved Alarm.
I haven't much idea so any help would be good help.

You can get replacements from scorpian, the Ebay ones are of no use, if you do a search here you will find the address, or someone else will put up the link
