I have changed my rear disc and pad many times so I don't believe the noise is coming from them

Could the handbrake shoes make a noise?
It seems to happen when I set off when handbrake is up.

Also when coming to a complete stop from very slow speed it makes a squealing noise.

If its a W213 E220D As per your profile, its using the same brake pads/discs as the service brake. Did you use super cheap pads, as these will often squeal

I've always used genuine brake disc and pads. I've uploaded a video on YouTube

I’m afraid the W213 is renown for brake squeal with MB discs and pads unfortunately. The W213 my son bought at 2 years old with 17k miles on it suffered the same and we only bought it on condition that all new brake discs and pads were fitted all round which in all fairness the dealer agreed to. To date he has run the car for a further 32k miles (mostly motorway) and it hasn’t reappeared but he is gentle on the brakes.

How many miles have you covered since the discs and pads were changed?

That is an odd noise! Did you wind back the handbrake mechanism via the dashboard shortcut before removing the brake caliper?

Listening to the video it sounds like the handbrake mechanism is sticking slightly, it’s electronics I believe so may need a new actuator or cleaning, first thing to try IMO

I haven't touched anything so wouldn't know how to. How does one clean or what actuator needs to be changed

Smart + others :)
Have you put the pads in the correct position, they are handed inner and outer pad.

Bring it back to him then. I'd suggest thoroughly checking that everything is installed correctly, as above and also checking that clips etc are in place and that the noise isn't coming from something else.
