Rear fog light

The rear fog light on my W210 will not turn off when I put the lights on, the only remedy I've come up with so far is to remove the bulb. Also the rear wiper has stopped working, but the rear washer continues to work. I wonder if the faults are related any thoughts?

Id tend to agree. The main lights probably have an earth problem so they're back feeding through the fog light.
First step is to clean up and retension all the contacts in the bulb holder. 210 holders are abit prone to this. I cleaned mine upw ith wire woool and it made a vast difference both to the lighting problems and the brightness of the bulbs.
