Rear passenger seat back will not fold

2017 e class estate With memory seats
The rear passenger seat back will not fold. No noise from the seat motor heard.
car was serviced last week and the front passenger seat was way back When I picked it up.
just wondering if the memory function thinks the seat is way back and will not drop the backrest in case it hits the front seat back.
anyone with ideas or had this before.
everything OK on drivers side.

Is the left rear seat head restraint fully down?

Yes it is, I have put it up and down. Dealer says there is no link with the front seats so I think it could be the solenoid in the seat or it is not getting power

On my W205 when the rear seats go down the front seats move forward automatically.

Fixed the problem......
dealer was wrong. Seats do move forward to allow the seat back to go down.
when it was in for the service the technician fixed 2 of the 3 rear seatbelts in place to check their operation. The seat will not fold with the seatbelt in place.
