Rear screen heating

Hi all,

My name is Vip and I’ve had merc clk coupe w209 (2008) for a number of years now.
It’s the best car I’ve had so far, the issue I have is that the rear screen is not heating up but the light switch at the front is on.
Can anyone please help or do I need to go to the dealer?

Welcome , I’d guess a split wire, can happen easily . Mercedes independent or auto electrician might be your best bet
