Rear Seats and Petrol

I have just acquired a 1982 230TE. Is it ok to run it on unleaded petrol and does any have or know where I could get hold of rear childrens seats?

I have just bought a '91 with seats in the boot (which I don't need). I have no idea if they are interchangable with a 1982.

To be honest, I doubt it as there were changes in safety legislation between times.

82 car is a W123, 91 is a W124. Not interchangeable

Mercman in Southampton should be able to help. Failing that try specialist W123 suppliers. 7-seat kits always have value so someone will have one
