Rear Window

My buddy just had a taxi meter fitted to his W204 55 plate c220 cdi today. The strangest thing happened on his way home from the garage, the n/s rear window started going up and down on its own. SAM do you think ? ,or something simple like a reset (not likely) Obviously the SAM is getting an eroneous signal from somewhere i think, your comments would be appreciated......Derek

I might be a stupid question, but why doesn't your buddy go back to the taxi-meter people, and ask them to fix it?

Surely it can't be the 1st MB they have installed one in.

Ouch not easy,they must have done something wrong, I have never looked at a install for that, could be SAM related

They did my one today as well, and no problems, mind you it was a different guy that did mine. I told him to phone them dont know if he got hold of em or not the car is booked for its taxi test on Tuesday Trouble is the garage is 55 miles away and its saturday, just wondered if you guys would have any ideas. Yes they have done a lot of Mercs.
