I took the reversing light cluster off the rear door to change a bulb but am damned if i can see how it goes back on. There are two bolts that hold the outside edge of the cluster, the inner side being held by a plastic clip. It looks like this has to be fastened from the inside. However this would mean removing and subsequently refitting the interior trim panel. However in order to refit this trim panel you have to have the light cluster out - so that cant be it. It came off by undoing the two bolts and then the unit pulled out but it doesn't want to be forced back in (at leased not without breaking something.

Seems such a stupid thing you would think it obvious to work out
