Remapping

Hi just got myself a C320 CDi Sport Auto 06 Reg 72K miles. What are the forums thoughts on remapping is it worth it?

A properly done, sensible increase in power is fine. Just don't expect better mpg as well.

Got a Kleeman KD unit on my 2007 320 CDi. It´s not an ECU re-map in the purist sense of the word though. Quite noticeable increase in power and torque - though the torque curve doesn´t seem to be that much flatter in my opinion.
EXACTLY the same mpg as before.

i had my E320 remapped, and to be honest, the difference was amazing!!! Seriously, best £250 you could spend. Makes em go like stink....even more than standard!

Not a Mercedes but German, I had my VW T4 Camper Mapped. Huge huge difference. If you get it done properly on a rolling road then its well worth it.
