Removing the cd/radio unit B class

Does anyone have or know a link to a 'how to guide' to get the standard audio cd/radio unit out of the dash? or a few notes in this thread would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Try ringing a few merc breakers and see if they have ever removed one.. Im also sure someone may have a howtodo sheet on this..
