replace leccy arial

am replacing my merc electric arial with an aftermarket. the merc has 3 connections brown-red-blue/white while a aftermarket had 2, can anyone
tell me the correct connections as i dont want to go blowing fuses by trial and error ken

Put up a picture of the aerial connector on the merc one.
What car and what year is it ?

Use a multimeter to find the feeds. There's an earth, a switched live and a live. On most aftermarket aerials the black is earth, red is live and green is switched live

I've never seen an aftermarket aerial with just two connections

Could this new one with 2 wire use the aerial itself as a ground when bolted on
