I have a C200 Estate Kompressor on a 52 plate. Foolishly I have lost both keys I had for the car. Can anyone tell me what the replacement procedure is and how much will it cost?

I've spoken to a couple of people and the cost seems to range between £100 - £500.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Welcome to the Forum.

You will need to go to your MB Dealership, with:

ID (Passport/Photo Driving Licence)
Vehicle Logbook

Credit/Debit Card (to pay for key/s) Expect to pay in the region of £150/160 EACH.

Bad Luck..!!

That type of key is £148.78 inc VAT

Thats for the large coded part with the buttons on and the small emergency key that clips inside... you will need it to put a key ring onto.

Best bit about it is you will get the new look chrome key and make people think you own a brand new Mercedes, until they see it of course!
