I have a S500 Coupe (W140) and was wondering if someone could recommend somewhere to get reasonably priced blades from.

Mercedes want £45.00 for each driver & passenger arm.

My wiper arms are fine,i just need the rubber blades themselves

I got Bosch on mine too.
Many motor factors sell Bosch alongside the own branded/budget ones.
Worth going for Bosch tho. I've always been happy with the make
good luck

Agree with Brian, I believe that there is a new marketing strategy on wiper blades, you will find it difficult to source rubber refills, at least I cant find Borsch refills anywhere but there is no problem buying the complete blade section (rubber and spine) the excuse for inflating the cost of a complete blade section is that it is a quick fit and idiot proof.

The only thing that really maters on a blade is the square edge of the rubber, the metal spine will last for years.

Bosch blade with rubber are direct replacement on our cars as long asyou know the length, try GSF or ECP. I have 24" on mine which cost me £15 and thats for the whole wiper blade.

Had it changed about a year ago and still going strong.

I see Euro Car Parts will do mine, a 24 inch, for £7.13 plus £7.95 for delivery (for addresses in mainland UK) still can’t source a Bosch refill on its own though, that’s my point, you have to buy the metal blade, which you don’t actually need, so you are throwing away a good metal blade every year!
