Replacing dash speakers

Having problems with the front right dash speaker on my 1991 300CE any ideas how i get to the speaker? Ive tried the cables on the radio and all seem fine, need to look at the speaker

Thought I posted that on SPEAKER Replacement forum below.
Must have sent it by private message.

Take off the plastic strip at the side gently with a flat screwdriver (with
insulating tape on the end). Then remove the philips screws holding the cover. Remove the cover and there is your speaker.

Remove the plastic strip at the side of the cover gently (with a flat screwdriver
protected with insulating tape)
Remove the philips screws hold the cover and remove cover.
Then you will have access to the speaker,
I recomend changing........See other forum
