Replacing head gasket '96 312D Sprinter 2.9

Hi all,

Am about to take the head off my trusty sprinter for a skim & to replace the head gasket & bolts. Anyone know of any known hassles with the process that has already done this? - I have never done the head on a sprinter before !

I am proberly going to say what you allready know but while you have got it off I would invest in a new set of heater plugs,known to be sods when they do go,not fortunes to by well worth it if you doing the rest,you might think about getting the injectors checked while your at it,best of luck with it
