Replacing / Upgrading the Stereo Head Unit Screen - 2015 Mercedes E Class E220 CDI Diesel AMG Sport Convertible

Hello, I'm new here and have a question!

My Car is 2015 Mercedes E Class E220 CDI Diesel AMG Sport Convertible

Does anyone know if there is an aftermarket Stereo Head Unit that can be fitted that would give a colour touch screen that gives Car Play and other goodies whilst not causing issues for the car etc etc?

Hope someone can point me in the right direction.

When working properly, the android auto is amazing.
The rest of it is total rubbish.
