Reset Assyst

Hi, can any one help?

I have a 56 plate CLK200 and need to reset the assyst. Just had a service done (not by MB) and now the assyst is telling me the service is 100 miles over due.

Does it not tell you in the owners hand book?

you can check the DIY section. There are some instructions on there for all our cars

having looked through the handbook, I can't find anything that tells me how to reset the assyst, thanks

Why did the servicing garage not reset the assyst?...........One must ask the question "What else have they not done?"

scrolled through lots of pages in the DIY section and found various ways of reseting the assyst but none appear to work, I tried all the ones that I found several times with no joy, thanks

I've been told to call in anytime after next Monday and they will do it straight away, they downloaded instructions and had a problem reseting the assyst, the mechanic that understands them (?) is away on holiday, the beeps are driving me crazy.
