Just dismantling a 190E 2.5 16v engine. Hardly any wear on bores. Can anyone tell me what the standard ring gap should be when positioned in the bore?

Ring gaps

Thank you guydewdney. I,ve just been discussing your figures at my local garage. They think it's hardly enough. allowing for expansion. The bottom limit is less tha half a thou' (0".0004)
