Hi Septic--not too clear on what you mean by "dripped down" ? if its come away at the sides remove the rubber trim at the top of the door shuts -stretch it back --use contact glue to stick it and replace the rubber trim over to hold it tight again !

Hi,
Please, please be careful which adhesive you use as I have similar problem on my C230K, but on the sliding roof panel of the sunroof (same material at the headlining) I have attempted to glue it with spray on carpet adhesive, it has just soaked through the material and now is just a sticky mess, now I have to remove the whole panel to replace it, which I believe will involve the entire removal of the headlining.
With this in mind it might be worthwhile to get the proffessionals to look at it and advise.

You should be able to get the headlining off the sunroof just by unpopping it at the front and then opening the roof?

At least you could with a W124...
