Roof trouble

Hi Guys,
I'm having a nightmare with my clk 230 soft top.Just grateful for any advice.The rear headrests/antiroll bar has come up and i can't get it back down,this is stopping the roof working automatically!Now the boot won't open with electric key or manually!

I can let you have the details of putting it in the manual mode for now then you can get the fault code read out.

Some one else may know the answer to the problem
