rough idle when hot

hi there i have a c200 sport 95 when the car is hot the rev counter bounces all over the place it feels like it wants to stall anyone have an idea what it could be thanks maybe point me in the right direction

have you done any work to the car prior to the fault?

changed the spark plugs and engine mounts and new leads

try the micro switch on the throttle body the acc linkage cam must tuch it to idle prop when hot

what does the micro switch look like

sorry mate i dont have any picks i can post .just make sure the throttle is returning all the way to the idle pos even if its only slightly short of the tiny switch if will cause rough idle its worth a look but may well be a other prob but its a start

I hope you installed the correct non resistor plugs as specified by mercedes.

i put ngk bcp6es in the car i bought the bosch ones and the car ran like crap haynes manual says what type bosch ones to buy and thats what i bought and then i got the ngk ones

don't know if Haynes is correct.
