I have a 75 - 450 SL Fuel Injected V8. Does anyone know if & how I can adjust the mix. I know I'm running rich. It runs great, but I'm getting about 13mpg. It used to get around 20. Yes I've changed plugs, injectors, filters, seat covers, yada, yada. Is there a "stop doing this" switch or screw I've missed????

That will be the D injection for that year, and I am waiting for a special CD on this system, but I may have some links

where on earth do you get all these cd's from Malcolm? i tried to get a download copy of WIS/EPC and it seems the files were corrupt! gutted as i thought id be able to help more people if i had more info!

If it's D jetronic, there will be a potentiometer on the control unit where the mixture is adjusted. However, leave well alone!, and fix the cause of the fault first!

Check the vacuum pipe and connections to the pressure sensor, and make sure the electrical output is correct. Also check the output of the temperature sensor.

I only have a few CDs,,but I do have hundreds of links, as a result of belonging to many MB forums, the hardest job is knowing what I have got. Time in sorting it all is the hardest bit and the time to read it all
