Rusty clip/screw

While cleaning the side panel to the windscreen, I noticed something is rusty not sure whether it a screw or clip where the rubber lining of the vario roof W170 SLK meets the corner of the roof panel near the vario roof stop/locking mechanism. How do I access the locking mechanism without damaging any parts?

Be very careful not to damage anything in there.

If you want to access the top rail I will let you have the detail later, the clip could be an aerial connection point, as these are built into the screen

It the front windscreen not the rear window.
