hi all
and a happy new year to one and all.
I maybe able to get a set of S Class Alloys ( 225/60/16 ET46 ) in great condition with good tyres at a very good price. This would mean that I can put my current snow tyres/wheels away for the summer and use these instead.
I have read all the measurement charts and it would appear that a max of ET41 applies for the W210 but in the real world is this a definitive maximum or can E46 be used ?. Has any one any experiences of using this configuration
Some Questions:
1. What would be required in terms of change of wheel bolts sizes
2. would the ET46 rims protrude out more or be inclined more into the
wheel arch.
Sorry I always seem to be asking about wheels and their compatibility here but thanks for bearing with me :Oops::Oops::Oops:
regards
brendan
