OK this may be a silly question but are you sure they are not working? I only ask as I thought my trunk light on the R230 wasn't working until I discovered that it is also controlled by the interior light switch and it is therefore possible to switch it off or have it on automatic so that it only comes on when it is dark.

All the dome lights and interior light work except the 3 lights in the trunk

Found a bit of rust and water leaking from the rear window silicon sealing. So might need to add more to prevent infiltration.
Also checked the terminal and there’s continuity with the multimeter. I don’t have any voltage tho... so don’t know where to start the boots side light don’t turn ON too :/ any help?! @LostKiwi ? Thanks

What lights come on when you unlock the car?

Front door will activate the front roof lights and the rear doors will activate the dome lights too, but the boot door won’t activate any light, nor the one on the tailgate, neither the one on the lateral inside the boot (pillars)

Only dome lights and front roof lights interior lights. Outside the 4 hazard light will blink once to unlock and twitch to lock the car.

Does the light in the back seat roof work?
Have you checked the fuses in the front fuse box? 3,4 and 19 from memory.

Yes, the the fuses working including 3.4 and 19.
And yes the light on the back work as well as the reading lights too.
Not the 3rd row of seat ( 2 on the boot)

I think you'll have to trace the wiring. Unfortunately I don't have wiring diagrams for it.
