Does anyone know where I can obtain the digital owner manual disc for my recently acquired s212 facelift E350 estate? I've tried MB but don't seem to be getting anywhere and I'm having the dickens of a job finding my way round the COMAND system (so much more involved than on my old E280 Estate). The printed manual constantly refers to the digital manual but my copy is "unreadable".

At present, when the ignition is first turned on I get a message telling me that the level is rising. I gather that's something to do with the ride height setting but the button referred to in the manual doesn't exist in my car. Furthermore the manual gives two layouts for the multimedia knob but neither relates to mine so that's no help either! Now I'm assuming that the C button is for comfort and relates to the ride height but nothing indicates me whether it's engaged or not.

In the same vein, can anyone tell me what the two star buttons are all about?

I think I really do need that disc!

Welcome to the forum!
Sorry can’t help with the manual side of things
What does concern me though is that you shouldn’t be getting the car rising message unless you are altering the ride height within the car from sport to comfort is your estate full airmatic or standard rear airbags only - if the latter you will be getting this message because you have an air leak in the system in which case the airbags will have lowered below default settings and the compressor will be raising the car.

The car will either be full airmatic or rear airbag self levelling only (photo is my estate which is airmatic)

If you have the standard rear airbags only the car needs to go back to the seller to rectify in all probability it will need new rear airbags

Download the Mercedes-Benz Guides app from Apple or Android and then download the guide for your car. I’ve just checked and the E Ckass Estate goes back to the 04/2013 to 08/2016 model. The app works better on a tablet rather than a phone but is very searchable and will have a separate Comand section.

Edit… just checked and the online version shows a different multimedia layout to your photo :(
