S212 e350 sport, 265 A line wagon, intermittent issue that won't let you go over 60mph & acceleration is slow, like limp mode but with no Mil lights on dash, if you then stop and turn engine off for a few minutes it's fine again it's happened twice now ??
any help or knowledge off this issue would be much appreciated..

Me -2019 GLC 350 coupe AMG line. Mrs- 1.2 vauxhall Corsa 2021 ,orange with a black roof. .
Needs some scanning for fault codes and live values of things like dpf pressure sensor , exhaust back pressure sensor, etc.

Thanks for the reply, I was leaning towards dpf pressure sensor as I've heard of similar fault fix's with this sensor, I'm due to do a service on her soon so might be worth doing this sensor at the same time as it's just under the left air filter box which will be replaced so might as well do it at the same time..

get the codes read, replacing things on a gut feeling only gets expensive, just my tuppence.

As a side I had similar on my W251 a few years back, called my indy, he said it was the actuator without hesitation. I replaced it and its been fine since. Not saying thays your problem but like you, there was no EML and lack of power.

Pressure sensor will show up on diags.

Could be anything:

- Swirl Flap Motor (usually caused by oil leakage from the orange Turbo seal above)
- EGR Valve (clogged with soot)
- DPF Exhaust Sensor
- Turbo Actuator
- Boost Leak (check pipes for tell tale soot)
- Faulty Temperature Sensor or Stat (engine not getting up to temperature)

I’d check the boost system first and if there are no leaks from split pipes etc get the codes read or you could end up throwing parts and money at it.

Just an update on the issue, just got back from holiday in sunny Weymouth and the issue happened about three or four times on the way down I had to stop turn it off and back on again each time and it then cleared for a bit on the fourth Tim it threw up the eml light once I got there and unloaded didn't use it for a couple of days light went away and drove fine with no issues at all, on the way home played up again a couple times but still drove 70 steady, read the codes when I got back and came up with dpf sensor so now ordered and will be fitted in the next few days, I was for the first time actually happy to see the eml light so finally I can get a code off it
Also funnily the ESP system flashed on but I'm putting this down to the weight with six people and a very large roof box fully loaded but no code for this on the altel reader
