Had my Nox sensor replaced a few weeks ago. Not cheap:(
Just over a week later the car started going into limp mode whenever I turned the engine off and then restarted it. Yesterday to clear the limp mode on a journey into town I had to turn the engine off and restart several times to clear it.
(Have previously had a split turbo pipe a few years ago so I shouldn't think thats gone again)
Any ideas?
Thanks :)

The best idea is to get the codes and live data read so you know why it is going into limp mode - anything else is just a guess

Is this a diesel OM642, Actuators are certainly not uncommon on these to fail and they wont throw up any codes - done one last year and my W251
As mentioned codes first.
Cheers

Thanks all. Merc technician came out but no fault codes showing up. Just got to carry on for now and see what develops. :(
