safe t bar wireing

Hi just bought a safe t bar with built in reversing sensors, any boby fitted them before, routing cables etc back to the cab. And to the revering light supply.

Would it be best to run cable under the van or inside. Anyone know if there are any entry holes in the van i could use instead of making new ones.
