On the main display it does not recognise the sd card but on the display next to the gauges it does. Has anybody else had this problem ??

Hello and welcome

There‘s a little slider in the side of the memory card. Pop the card out, slide the slider to the other position then pop it back I’m its house

the cluster display is currently ONLY showing the direction of travel, which is likely only a basic bit of heading info
If you had direction set and saw in one and not the other that would be interesting.

try as above and if that isn't the fix, share more about any attempts to update firmware, or mapping software, and when it last worked correctly

I have tried slider on locked and unlocked, when I pop the sd card out the cluster display also says no card, strange how one display works and the other doesn't. It has been a while since it has worked.
