Sat Nav stopped reading SD card

I wonder if anyone can advise....
The Sat Nav has always worked fine and the other day out of the blue it advises that there is no Memory card install, but there was. I've done the very obvious step of removing and reinserting to no avail, and I'm curious whether anyone has had any similar experiences and what they did to resolve it? Model is 2018 C200 petrol.
Please also note that I had only just received the car back from a body shop who were making a minor repair to the rear bumper, so I did wonder whether the battery could have been disconnected during this repair and whether that would be a factor?

Any advise would be appreciated.

I'd take the card out, give it a clean and reinsert it. My E220d occasionally said no card - clicking it in and out again remade the connections
