I have a Mercedes GLA 65 plate & my sat nav is so out of date 2015/2016. I cannot locate the SD slot anywhere & I'm unable to pair my vehicle to MyConnect. How do I find my SD or how do I update the Sat Nav system. TIA

which system does it have ?

a garmin thing in the glove box, which I think takes SD card (so if its got a box that clips in a cradle - there's your answer)
or the full comand system, which needs a license code to unlock an update you put on a USB stick

you can enter the chassis number that you can see through a bit on the windscreen near the end of the left wiper blade or find the reg paper work and type from that - in to this website https://www.lastvin.com/ to get a lot of detail about what options the car had when new - and it should tell you the entertainment system

Even easier - email your VIN to sales@comand.co.uk (Mark or Richard), they'll look up the build sheet for your car, tell you what you need, supply and, if you're within reach of J3 M3, update it for you! They're forum sponsors and know more about MB ICE/Satnav systems tham most/all MB main dealers!

Thanks guys. I have put the VIN number in & got the code 357 SD navigation. I shall now email Mark or Richard and seek their advice.
