Scorpion Track Device on Atego

I would like to start off by thanking the technical team at Scorpion for helping to get a dealer/fitter in touch with me. It seems I have an old two-wire unit attached and for some reason this doesn't give the tracking unit any indication whether or not I have ignition or not. So if my vehicle was towed, no one would know! I was on the phone to Dan from technical, very helpful lad took notes on busy day and passed me to a guy named Tony who I've talked to on many occasion, he pointed me in the right direction and forced the situation to be resolved. To cut the long story short, I was just wondering how many others have had this experience? Or is it a select few who know about this issue? And have you experienced the good help at Scorpion like I have?

Yes we have experienced good support from them. The product is good and we sell/fit lots of them. Sad to see Gary Kirby leave the company though.
