Seat back failure 560SEC - MOT fail

Car just failed MOT due to seat back not locking in upright position.  I understand that they are locked by pneumatic system.  The central locking pneumatics work, so is this a pipe leaking.  Both seat backs have failed.

Most of the time its either a leak on the system or the locking cell for the seat is leaking.
