Service History

Hello

I’m trying to view the service History of my recently purchased car, however, it seems to be rather difficult

I’ve registered my car with Mercedes me app

Anyone have any ideas ?

You can see the service history on the Mercedes Me portal via the website. However, IIRC you need a code off the last paper print out to view it online so you may have to get a dealer to print one off for you first.

so, how does the history get updated ? Do I have to always use Mercedes dealers for its service ££££££

Or MB independents who have access to the online service records

As @Wighty says, the better Mercedes Indies have access to the Mercedes systems as well. Add your location to your profile and we may be able to recommend a good one near you.

If you think owning a 2017 MB is hassle , wait until you own an old one

My old one is hardly any hassle at all!
(But it does only do 2000-3000 miles a year).
