Does anyone out there know how to put out the service indicator on my
1998 C class it?s a c200 elegance thanks in advance.

yes very easy to put out the service indicator turn on ignition and side lights make sure all the lights on the dash are lit then take a 2lb hammer and hit the dash a few times and it wont just put the servce lights out it will put all the lights out job done.

Do you think this will affect the warranty.Are you not better going to a MB dealer and paying. This may damage the dashboard if you are not carefull.

Not sure, It is an S reg ,Well the front half is i think . Do you think i should service it before i sell it ..

I think you are trying to extract the urine 500sl it dosen't matter what year the rear is it has nothing to do with resetting the service indicator .
