Not wishing to get into whether a FSH is a necessity ....... ;)

Around 5000 miles ago on the 31 Jan this year, I reset the service message on my R320 after giving it an oil & filter change. I used what I believe to be the correct 229.51 MB spec oil (confirmed my a MB parts dept) The car then told me that a 'C service' was required in about 15000 ? miles.
Last week, my car started asking for its next service in 30 days    Why? Has 750 miles with a caravan on the back at a steady 64mph influenced its next service? :?

I bet it's the automatic 365 days thing that's kicked-in.

Although I can't remember the actual date, I have had the car about a year now, so you could be right. Although I'm not sure why it didn't reset when I reset the message for a B Service :?:?

I would imagine you reset it through the cluster and didnt carry out the confirmation list correctly. I always do mine on STAR.

You're probably right. I seem to remember I lost track when I had a list of something like 1st 2nd 3rd 4th etc service.

(EmilysMum's Smart counts down the days too, but isn't as annoying when the days go negative :D )

I couldn't find my Star .......

Thanks! :)

Er. What?

Caravan? R230 - that's an SL, right?

Edited - argh - R320, not 230. Maybe I need glasses? :)
