Hello
I have a c 220d . It's asking for a B7 service. 215k miles
Is there a schedule somewhere that you can see what they recommend at this point or what the B7 is ?

Service A is due after 12 months or 10,000 miles whichever comes first and a service B is after 24 months or 20,000 miles whichever comes first, The B service is more involved than the basic A service.
They alternate and the number denotes what is included in that service ie Transmission oil change etc.

Is your C220 a w204 with the OM651 engine? For the automatic transmission, that would be:

Service 20 - Every 77,500 miles/5 years

Automatic transmission: Carry out oil and filter change (with transmission 722.9 - NAG2-FE+)

So I guess it depends on if it's been done in the last 5 years.

A car of that age and mileage I would MOT/service every year.
I do this with CLK, one hit, job done hopefully no more agro for a year.
Auto box oil change every 30/40K miles regardless of manufacture advice.
Remember sealed for life fiasco.

Yea she's had the transmission done 4 years ago.
What's the engine oil needed? Any recommendations?

You'll want engine oil that meets MB 229.51 or MB 229.52 specifications.

I don't know enough to recommend anything specific. I just look at what is easily available locally that's reasonably priced and on the approved lists.
